How to use: Useful for grilling, sauteing, baking, seasoning a BBQ sauce, and rimming cocktails. This blend goes particularly well with pork, steak, chicken, root vegetables, and desserts. As a general rule of thumb use 1-2 tablespoons per lb. of meat, use half that for fish. For best results pat meat dry and then apply rub and pat into meat. This will deliver a beautiful and flavorful crust to tantalize your taste buds.
Season chicken, beef, pork, root vegetables, pastries. For meat, rub and let sit in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours to allow the rub to work its way into the meat, and pull out for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling.
