  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends).
  • Custom Orders: For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time may apply. We will communicate the time frame and any delays promptly.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Domestic 3-7 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Use this to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 states.  

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us at dbernal@hellscanyonspicecompany.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Items: Should your order arrive damaged, email us at dbernal@hellscanyonspicecompany.com with a description and photo of the damage, and we will replace or refund your order promptly.
