Hells Canyon Spice Company Return and Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Hells Canyon Spice Company, we are committed to providing high-quality spices and ensuring our customers are fully-satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened food items. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds

  • Process: Regardless of the reason. If your item is lost, stolen, damaged, or you are simply displeased we will refund for the full cost of the item, including shipping. The refund with be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at dbernal@hellscanyonspicecompany.com or rbernal@hellscanyonspicecompany.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or be refunded on. 

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item if the item needs to be returned. We will also provide a shipping label to be printed by you so that there is no cost to you. 

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, place the prepaid shipping label on the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
