How to use: This can be used to season your pork any way you desire a rub, a seasoned oil infusion, injected, in a BBQ sauce, sprinkled on potato and macaroni salads, devilled eggs, rub for chicken and turkey legs, bologna steak, pulled turkey, chicken, or pork, and brisket.
Ingredients: Paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Maui sweet onion powder, toasted coconut sugar, coriander powder, cumin, mustard powder, celery seed, oregano, thyme, sage, clove, brown sugar, and rice hulls (anti-caking).
Flavor profile: Sweet, warm, earthy, herbaceous, peppery, and smoky.
Recommended use: Use for pork, beef, chicken, turkey, and with a lighter hand over seafood. We recommend 1 Tablespoon of rub per pound for hearty meats, and about half of that when grilling shrimp or mild fish.
