How to use: Great on anything that comes out of the water. Use it in the steaming or boiling liquid of clams, mussels, crawfish, and large shrimp. It can be used to make a rich broth, or chowders, especially a Crab and Corn Chowder, Salmon or Shrimp Etouffee. It can also be used on smoking, baking, grilling, or broiling fillets of fish.
Ingredients: Paprika, roasted granulated garlic, roasted minced garlic, dill, parsley, scallions, celery seed, lemon peel, minced onion, black pepper, and sea salt.
