How to use: Rub generously on large cuts of beef—brisket, tri-tip, tomahawks, or even lamb roasts. Let it sit for 30–60 minutes before grilling or smoking low and slow.

Ingredients: Sea salt, black pepper, turbinado sugar, minced onion, garlic powder, minced garlic, shitake mushroom powder, smoked paprika, activated charcoal.
